Sat nav should bring you straight to the property; there is a Red Dragon Holidays sign outside and the Pods can be seen from the road. Parking is on the verge outside.

Check in time from 2pm and is contactless; details of where to find the key, along with which bathroom you will be allocated (pods only), will be sent to you 48 hours before arrival by e mail.

PLEASE BE AWARE there is no mobile phone signal in the valley, make sure you have paper copies of allocation instructions and keycodes.

You will find check-in a lot smoother if you read your allocation instructions. If you have not received an email 2 days before arrival please check your spam folder or ring up and let us know you have not received a copy of the joining instructions.

There is a ring video phone by reception if you need it, this facility is not manned after 10 pm, make sure you are self sufficient if you are a late check-in or you may have an uncomfortable nights sleep in the car.  A housekeeper arrives on site daily after 9:30 am, It may be useful to have a torch if you check in after dark.

Last resort the nearest phone is in the first pub you come to 2.8 miles south in Beddgelert, Prince Llewellyn you can also get signal from Beddgelert tourist information centre, big white building about 1000 meters south of the bridge which crosses the river, just before the Royal Goat hotel at the other end of the village.  If you are lucky one of the other guests may have a phone set up for wifi calling and you can try contacting us that way.

We will need you to bring the following:

  • Your own bedding (pods only), we will provide a fitted sheet and pillows) you will need to bring a sleeping bag or duvet.
  • Towels
  • Your own BBQ or camping stove to be used outside
  • Your own crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils – Pods and Dragons Lair only
  • A cool box – Pods and Dragons Lair only

Bedding £10 per person & towels £5 per person can be hired if pre booked up to 24 hours before arrival.

WiFi available at a cost of £2.5 per night – multiple devices

Dogs welcome £3 per pet per night

COVID 19 information. – shared facilities

Our Pods normally have shared bathroom facilities. To reduce the risks we have closed the laundry and kitchenette until further notice and bathrooms will be allocated 2 pods per bathroom meaning the most people sharing a bathrooms will be 2 pods (4 people)

Our shared kitchen facility and laundry area will be closed until further notice although the outside picnic benches, BBQ area and grounds will be open with social distancing measures in place.

Our promise to you – C19

All bedding, mattress and pillow protectors will be washed every changeover and all equipment in the pod will be cleaned and disinfected in line with the Covid-19 cleaning guidelines.

We will service your bathroom / chemical toilet once per day (not Maple Lodge) will leave ample cleaning materials for you – please note we are not on mains drainage and bleach cannot be used on site.
